Returns & Exchanges
We operate a 14-day return policy (including public holidays and weekends). If you return your order out of this period you will be issued with a gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us through our return portal. You must notify us by emailing email@example.com

The return period starts from the first-day delivery was attempted. If you return something outside of the return period, you will be offered an exchange or store credit.
We'll keep in touch with you throughout the return process. You will receive an email once we’ve received the return back and another once the refund has been processed. Please note, refunds are issued within 7-10 working days of receipt.
We only accept returns or exchanges where the original product tag is firmly attached and all returns are monitored to ensure that they are sent back to us unworn and in a re-saleable condition. If you send your order back in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and the item will be returned back to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
